Wheat Thin Dip

I’m sorry I don’t have a more original or creative name for this dip, but it really makes Wheat Thins taste amazing. It’s also super quick and easy to mix up and is great for appetizer parties or office potlucks. I promise you, everyone will ask for this recipe. I have played around a bit with the ingredients, depending on the crowd I’m making it for (my mom is not a fan of very spicy food) or what I have in the cupboard. The original recipe is pretty fantastic, but feel free to experiment!

Quick and easy dip


  • 16 oz Cream Cheese, softened

  • 1 package Spicy Ranch dry seasoning mix (you can use regular, but I like the extra spicy flavor for this)

  • 3 oz chopped black olives

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped jalapeno pepper (fresh or canned)

  • 1 red pepper, chopped (or substitute 1/2 cup chopped pimento)

  • 2/3 cup finely shredded cheese


  • Using a hand mixer, or a stand mixer, combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Store in refrigerator for up to one week.


  • You may adjust ingredients to your taste and desired spice level.
